Class 6. To videorecord yourself presenting one of the Seven Modern Wonders of the World.
PROJECT TIME!
Activity 6.1 You have explored four of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World (the Great Wall of China, Christ the Redeemer, Machu Picchu and Petra) but three have not been described. Select one of these three wonders: the Colosseum, Chichen Itzá or Taj Mahal.
Activity 6.2 Investigate information (7 interesting facts) about one of these wonders of the world. You can check on the Internet or in Some recommended sites:
Websites: kidsbritannica.com, scienceforkidsclub.com, britannica.com, kids.kiddle.co, kidsdiscover.com, kidsgen.com
Youtube channels: NationalGeographic, FreeSchool, theOpenBook, Kid2teenTv, BittooFunClub
Activity 6.3 Create a piece of art of the wonder you selected. Be creative: watercolor painting, pointillism, Lego model, wood model, clay model, sticks model, drawing, or any other style.
Activity 6.4 Ask someone in your family to record a video of your piece of art (with the cell phone) while you mention the 7 interesting facts about the wonder you selected. (It's OK if you read the facts). The video is maximum 90 seconds.
Activity 6.5 Now, name your video addding your given names (no lastnames) and your group, for example, Vladimir_6A or Vladimir_6B
Activity 6.6 Finally, send your video to the email (prim.dgose4.hernandez.vladimir@gmail.com). The best videos will be published on the blog.
